York SC Chickens and Livestock Group will be having a swap meet.

Saturday, April 11th
7:00 am to 1:00 pm

It will be held at Jeff Bryants place at;
660 west old Limestone Rd., York SC

We had a few meets last year, and this will be the first meet this year.



Location is York, SC
it is in the north central part of SC.
about 30 mi from Charlotte, NC
15 - 20 miles from Gastonia, Rock Hill or, Blacksburg

This is not my swap. I will be participating, but I'm trying to get it out there for the benefit of the local farm community.

Hello! I'm in Anderson, I really really would like to buy 2 pullets, young hens that are EEs, Americana or even Auricana (sp?) I have a medium sized coop with only two red stars who need two more sisters. I've always wanted different colored eggs and appreciate any help in finding someone nearby. Thanks so much!

Upstate poultry on fb has a lot of activity! But I'm surprised this has not taken off more.... There seems to be a fast growing interest with back yard chickens in South Carolina

I follow the FB group for Upstate SC Poultry but also York SC Chicken and Livestock. The NC thread on BYC keeps pretty busy.

I have been finding lots of debris in Nutrena foods. Anyone else having problems? I have found glass shards, plastic shards, red, blue and green material like a rubber.
