Oh no, you mis-heard me.......I stopped counting at 600! And still adding. However, I am going to try and take a few roos to camp this Sat. afternoon if I can get DH to help out. It doesn't take us long. We can do 9 in less than an hour and that is filleting out the meat, not skinning or plucking. That man is sometimes harder to get focused than a coon dog full of fleas. I swear!

Hey y'all! Anyone know of or is a good turkey processor? I'm getting 5 tourkey poults in April from Nature's Harmony Farm out of Elberton, GA. So pumped! Obviously I"ll need them processed right before Thanksgiving.

The brown ones are a little more difficult so we had to look really close.
 
Oh yeah thoes brown eggs are hard to see into. Yep thats why they are mystery eggs cant tell if they are growin or a dud. Well my new roo "pepper" has had some fun with 2 of my hens!!!

I found out that his dad is a black jersey giant and his mom is a araucana and he hatched out of a blue egg. Im going to wait a week or so tweek the bator and gather some of my flocks eggs and see what kind of mixtures we get. Good luck john thats a very good rate *Im sending you a vibe
