Everyone was checking out the nestboxes today, especially the one that had the egg in it earlier.

The two girls in front in this picture decided to start squatting today. I wonder how many eggs we will have by the end of the week...

It was so funny today when I was there and reached out to Cagney, the SLW, and she suddenly squatted. After several weeks of them thinking we should chase them unless we had treats in our hand, it was a nice change. Cagney is apparently has some other breed mixed in her line somewhere since she doesn't have the SLW comb. She also has a couple of green areas on one of her legs. That was one thing that made it easy to tell her and Lacey apart in the early days.
