Amy If you get a chance, try Google Chrome. It is working better for me. Not jumping like in Mozilla Firefox. I have Windows XP and an old old old computer (which I love). I have a newer one only a year or so old but like the old one better. Chrome crashed for me this morning but it may have been this old computer or the add on that I was trying to add. I deleted the add on, restarted and Chrome has been working great since.

I will try that. DH did some work on this one yesterday but said the reason I have so much trouble is because I run so many tabs at once. This is the only site that gives me problems though. I can load pages in a snap on all other sites while running all these tabs and have closed out everything and just ran BYC but everything still is all over the place.

I will see about Chrome later today but I am thinking my computer just does not like the new BYC. It takes twice as long on here as it used to because it has to put the same thing on here 3 times. I hate quoting a post because that takes at least 5 seconds to clear up. Geez!

I have told you all I have very little patience, right?

Thanks so much for all the info amy! I guess I'll probably just try to get me a silkie and/or cochin sometime this spring. Have you ever kept chickens with ducks? I'm thinking about putting whoever I get to be a broody with my call ducks.

Oh yeah, my ducks and chickens have lived together quite a bit. I have an extra cute MFC roo that lives in the Muscovy pen and coop. Poor guy, I sold all his friends and though he free ranges with the chickens he goes back to sleep with the dirty ducks. Extra roos and pullets often live with the ducks and sometimes I can't break them of going back to sleep in those coops no matter how many times I transfer them to the free range coop.

I think Joy has her call ducks in with her d'Uccles since it is such a large pen.

Okay, you all can start yakking gain. I think I am caught up. This can be a chatty thread but us southerners just love to chat. And we are all so dared interesting!
I know I missed a few posts but if I have to click on one more page and wait for the dag gone thing to stop bouncing around I am liable to just go to FB all the time. Though I don't find that place nearly as interesting. But I have a few other sites I like to visit and do some "chattering".

Yes, I meant to say that.....my calls live in the yard with a flock of D'Uccles. Everybody seems to get along fine.
