I forgot to say that I have 6 turkey eggs in the bator. I could not believe how big they are!!!

Someone had them on a website for sale so I figured... why not? They are bourbon reds.

Ok...so I was totally not prepared for how freakin tiny button quail are...I have one each out(button and Cortunix)...YIKES!!

I went by the vet b4 work, at lunch, and after work. There was no improvement. If anything he was worse. Unresponsive, incoherent. The dr said there was something bad wrong with him, and would never improve. He's in a better place. Although tough, I feel like I made the best decision for him.

I am so very sorry! I know how I would feel in this situation and I just wish I could give you a hug....

Chicks 2 weeks old seem to be thriving...and more in the 'bator should start to hatch late Sat or sometime Sunday. I suppose you will be in Newnan...look for DD samantha and family...she will have something for you ; ) Personally I love to travel but that may be because I am older and my kids are grown...but now suddenly it seems to be a drag because I have to leave my birds!!!

I am getting so excited about the show! We have a room reserved to stay in -- which was DH's suggestion. I think he is looking forward to it too! I can not wait to see what my DD thinks of all the birds!!

And it will be wonderful to meet Samantha and her family and all the other BYC people that will be there.

Kimberly, are you bringing me something too? And I must find Mary for some honey!!

Well, it is raining here right now and with that dampening thought I must go outside and take care of my bird kids.
