South Central Kentucky Thread!

South Central Kentucky Thread, good to see Ky. interest here. There is a hatchery in Pulaski County called Arrowhead Farms. It is run by Adam Dixon he has a few breeds and knows a lot of people that are in the chicken business. His number is (606) 305-2908. I hope this is helpful . Kyroan

I would like to start raising chickens in my back yard. I am having trouble finding laws and regulations. I live in Warren County outside of city limits. Plano is closest town. Any help would be Greatly appreciated.

Usually the best places to check out whether chickens are allowed or not is either your zoning people or animal control. One of then should know the answer. Hope this helps.

I don't get a lot of "Puter"time..so please call for info on these or to inquire about chicks, ducklings etc.

Sebbie eggs are hatching every few days! Gorgeous geese with long curly feathers and blue eyes. They are considered to be quite intelligent and non-agressive. These generally go pretty fast since they are such beautiful geese and priced well below Hatchery costs at $100 a pair.
My breeding stock are out of both Kentucky and Tennessee show birds. They are only available for a limited time and I always get calls for them after I am sold out. I don't ship them, but my goslings have gone to Tennessee, Florida, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Georgia, and even California! Sold in pairs or trios as availability allows. Extra ganders may or may not be available at any given time.

I also have Brown Africans, and Emden goslings available every few days. No emails or texting..phone calls only please!

Lots of chicks, and ducklings available as well.

Pick up only..no shipping.
Sunday pick up OK after 10AM
Call for an appointment for these and other available babies.
Cash only..no large bills.
