Hi all! The frog here; Since this is the FIRST Meet-up there are a few details that have to be worked out. One being the "raffle" and what to do with the monies recieved from that. IF we [the BYCers that come] want to make this a regular event then the raffle monies can go to food/drink for the next event maybe? All suggestions WELCOME!
