Still working, went to Dr., got antibiotics for..........pneumonia!

YAY!

But tomorrow, am taking Vera up to Mass. to Golden egg farm. Gonna get some new new blood into the silkies!
Maybe stop at the casinos for a free meal, and a contribution to the tribes. It comes with the ferry ticket, and cuts 220 miles off the trip. Maybe get some hatching eggs for me, I have some Marans eggs I would like to see hatch, even though I promised myself no more til spring. Even after the 7 babies in a brooder in my spare bathroom.
looks like the house is gonna be filthy all winter long.
SO WHAT!!!

Pneumonia, and you're still working? Gotta give yourself a chance to heal.

Good that you feel well enough to make the trip to MA. Don't let the Indians scalp you.

Feel better, and dont work too hard.

But seriously, Roberta, please take care of yourself. Pneumonia is nothing to fool around with. Although I'm sure your bosses appreciate your sacrifice.

Pneumonia, psoriatic arthritis, aneurysm, fourth cranial nerve palsy, you mean like those?

I need to take a dictionary every time I visit the doctor.

Here is and easy spell. Lyme, yup I went to the doc yesterday and he told me I have Lyme. This is the second time in 18 months. I hate those little tiny blood sucking bast@rd$. I hope these antibiotics kick in real soon cause I feel like hell.

Sorry to hear that, Rich. I got Lyme about 10 years ago, and haven't been the same since.
Spinal tap, 4 MONTHS of oral antibiotics, and finally, had a stint in my arm, IV antibiotics for 3 weeks.
They say that I am cured.
They don't know diddly.
I hope you have a good Dr.
And good insurance.....

Rich, what the heck is going on, rotating illnesses. Sorry you had to get Lyme. I feel for ya.

Make sure you take those antibiotics longer than they say because it has a tendancy to hide and resurface later on. I remember a state entomologist telling us how nasty Lyme is. I've been tested about 20 times and they say I've never had it, but this PsA I have sure acted like it for years.

Like Roberta said, make sure you attack it hard, and see an expert if you can. This crap causes neurological problems. Not to scare you, but getting rid of it is not as easy as it seems, but it has to be done right.

Feel better, buddy. Hang in there and rest up. I'm sure you do not feel like doing too much right now anyway.

Rich, I'm so sorry to hear about the Lyme. I second (third) the comments about knocking it out and making sure it's knocked out good!

We all need to work on spelling w-e-l-l, okay?

Feel better, y'all!
