Wow. I can't believe it's been 7 weeks since you got those babies. I remember counting down the days until the original hatch date!

Now we can count down to the new one!

I can't believe they are 7 wks old already either! Wow! I also can't believe my girls are going to look like that by the end of May. Jeez. Do you have them outside already? I am still at a loss as to where I'm going to house these girls when they get big enough. I can't chuck them in with the older ladies or they'll get pecked. I have to MacGyver something. Alas I am not as talented as Team Bobby & Suzanne so it will not be appearing on any BYC home pages anytime soon. Most likely construction materials include cardboard and duct tape, lol.

I took the chicks to my 3 yr old's class today and skimmed through Where Do Chicks Come From? with them. They read Tilly Lays an Egg yesterday with their teacher. So much fun! Really hope none of their parents are employed by the building department though.

Your Nana looks like a hawk right now, so pretty! That's one of my good friend's names also, so love the name. The Silkie is cute, you can see her eyes now at least. It'll be a different story in another month I suppose!
