Southern NY, Dutchess county and below

Yes and yes.  I have two parties on the 4th, but I can do the 5th, 6th or 7th.  I'm thinking of entering a crochet project or baked thingie for the queens fair.

the 6th isn't any good for me since I have a dentist appt. and it's been scheduled for months. The 7th would probably be better so were not fighting traffic getting back on the island on a Sunday.

That's okay. Roberta's got plenty of extras.

Poor Bert.

I still have 2 lavender Orps and 2 mottled Japanese cockerels that need homes.
And 30 male brown egg laying breed chicks in my bathroom...

Maggie, stud service?
In my Silkies, I have 2 blue bearded, ribbon winners
2 paint, not shown yet. Haven't seen them seriously "do it"
1 black non-bearded with brown hackle leakage, won when he was younger

Lindsey and I have 3 new hens...one each of blue, black and buff. Not quite old enough to lay, but hopefully in the next month or so. I'm dying to see what your blue Roos look like. Any chance you might have pics?

This was in January at the Northeast Poultry Congress show in Mass.
Unfortunately, all three look the same, just in different stages of development.
I need to get rid of at least one.....

Suzanne This is the table runner I talked about the other day.

The kids make it look like a real farm. I just went down the block to preview an auction and right net door the guy has a SHIrT load of chickens 11 or 12 at least chicken math go figure...

Really beautiful! I must have missed a bunch of posts last week and didn't see this photo.

I think we should make a chicken themed "friendship quilt" that we all contribute to....then we can either donate it or auction it off to raise money for a charity, 4H or something meaningful to us.
