Guys, I think she's planning to pick up a box from the post office... it's making noise...

No more for me right now! I just got a beautiful buff I couldnt resist that big top knot but no rooster to breed her with. Good thing egg bid is gone or else I'd be broke

I just looked up eggbid to see what would pop up and there is an auction! My heart would come out of my chest watching silkie bidding on Eggbid. No one got a bird after I set my mind on it. The post office workers would be excited to see what I was picking up too. Where does every one get their silkies now?

Looked further into eggbid and is not the same people that started Eggbid.com Found an statement on Poultry connection from Tom concerning Eggbid that he was injured (broken back) and did not have time to run the site. Its run by different people that do not have permission to use the eggbid name

Jeanett, Vera has a boy she calls Fabio, I'm not sure what color he is (duh, light) she sent me a pic and I can't find it. Asked her to resend it, I think he would be perfect for your buff girl. He won't fit in with the BBS she has been breeding.

Feel the same way about my Bobby. Most of the time anyway. I've been through a lot of not-so-wonderful relationships, including one that made me swear off dating (and onto food) for 8 years. After bariatric surgery and losing 96 lbs. I went out and met Bobby (match.com). First time I've lived with anyone for 25 years. yikes. What an adjustment!

Gladys is still in the coop (day 2). She missed a beautiful day.

Our girls love sleeping out as opposed to the coop every day. I am sure the cold will bring them in eventually. They stay on their outside perch through thunderstorms and downpours! I just set the timer in the coop to add 4 hours of light after dusk and I see them every night sitting on their perch ignoring the view through the window of their cozy well-lit coop. When it starts to get cold I will pick them off the perch and set them in the coop and hopefully they will eventually stay - right now they hang out a bit and nibble on some food and then go right back out. I doubt I could ever get them to stay inside a coop with a nice perch available outside - at least not in this nice weather.
