Southern NY, Dutchess county and below

Abi & I were going but her daughter is due around that time so I dont know if I want to take that ride myself. I cant wake up at 2 am & drive like I used to so not sure. I'll think about it
Why would you have to get up at 2am? Isn't it only 2 1/2 hours away

I was going to have to leave at 2am to drive & set up for the show in CT. which we decided not to go to because of the rain. I had a box of 5 hr energy ready! The sussux show is 2 hrs 10 mins away from me.

I can't believe how crazy my three young girls are. All three were screaming their heads off at that bunny. It was just staring them down not moving an inch. They do make great watch dogs though. I'll know when a bunny is trespassing.

I don't have a Monty Python rabbit I have Monty Python chickens." with sharp pointy beaks"

Well, I think all but one of my eggs is dead. No more peeping, no more moving. I did as CFG Roberta advised and listened to each one, but now I hear nothing.

Meanwhile the sole survivor is peeping up a storm because he/she is all alone. I'm going to put Blanche in there with him/her and monitor the situation.

I'm so sad. All this anticipation and now nothing.

Anyone want the 12 eggs I was going to put in the incubator on Friday?

Well, I put Blanche into the brooder with little Lavinia (hopefully not Leon) and she seems okay with it. When Lavinia gets panicked, Blanche puts her beak down to her. It's funny to see Lavinia trying to get under Blanche's wing. Blanche doesn't know what to do.

I think I'm going to put Lavinia in a small clear tub next to a larger one for the bigger girls or put a "fence" between the two halves of the bigger tub so Lavinia can have protected space. I want them all to see each other so they'll all calm down. Now Blanche is crying for her sisters.

I would just like to say that this sucks...

I feel terrible for you but do you think you should give up on them yet? Do people ever try opening them up/ help them out? I wish I could help you.
