Thanks for the birthday wishes guys!

So of course this morning just as I got belgian waffle maker heated up, batter ready - special treat to myself - the dog and my youngest are playing, and she says, "Mommy Dutchie bit me!" I look at her leg, no blood, I figure it's ok, then I realize there is blood pouring out of her ear. *sigh* They were playing bite my shirt - no don't bite my shirt - and pulling it up and down and so that's how that happened. I am back from the ER now with a prescription for antibiotics and some bacitracin. The fun never ends!

But the hamster is still breathing, and ate half a blueberry on her own this morning. Who knows, maybe she'll just wheeze for the next year or so?

Also heading back to bed.

Good grief.....it just doesn't end does it?????
