Southern snow chickens!

Thomasville, NC. We got, I dunno, maybe 3/4 of an inch. Frozen on top. I'll post pics ASAP, our dumb chickens were too afraid to walk to their waterer.

They've sorta gotten over their fear, but they still tread lightly.

How is it that all you Georgians got 6 freaking inches while my little area of NC got less than an inch?! That CAN'T be right!

i live in MI and no matter how much snow we have my hens/roos come out.

You guys have some very brave chickens... Mine see snow and make a beeline for the back of the coop. I don't even think a basket of tomatoes (their favorite treat) would get those chickens outside... They're all a bunch of... Ummmm... Chickens!

Mine made a mad dash out the door....stopped dead in their tracks, and made a mad dash back for the coop After having breakfast in the coop they came out for a little bit and huddled under bushes. I'd call them big babies, but I don't want to be in it either!

Okay, FINALLY got the pictures uploaded. Now I just need to figure out how to get them onto here. Unfortunately, I am not the most computer literate person in existence - how do I get pics from "My Pictures" to here?
