Space required to take flight?

Does anyone have an approximate length of space a heavy breed such as a giant dewlap toulouse would need to take off?
I very much doubt it'll be an issue but just curious.

They can't fly at all, no matter how much space they have. They weight too much and their wings are too small in proportion to their body.
