Sparrows In My Run

Wow... I didn't realize how much sparrows were disliked... I love watching my sparrows in my chicken run...

In the past day, without even trying, I caught 5 sparrows and a wren in the sparrow trap. Unbelieveable. That thing really works! I released the wren, dispatched 3 of the sparrows, and kept 2 in their as "bait". I have a little dish of water and some cracked corn in there for them.

My barn is quiet. No more screeching. And momma blue is about to hatch her 3rd batch of babies this year.

Life is good.
