Have never processed a duck before. All I know is they have lots more feathers. Wondering if there is a special diet people use to give the ducks a last "push" to gain a little extra fat or perhaps better taste. I've heard duck mean is very gamey and some say not at all. Exited to try it so looking for just tips. Currently they have a normal diet with lots of scraps. 5 cayugas 3 rouens, and 1 african goose going to the freezer!
