I had some for awhile, and my girls were good layers. I have Light Sussex now and they are good layers too! [IMG]

I have some SS and I haven't figured out if they are the ones who are laying the small eggs. I have a feeling that it's them but I love my SS. Not only are they so pretty to look at but one of mine is so friendly and talkative when I am out with them. She follows me around yak, yak, yaking [IMG]

Mine lay a small cream colored egg about 5 or 6 days a week. Mine are very talkative and are constantly into everything. They've knocked things out of my basket, and hands trying to peck at what ever it may be. They are not my favorite chickens.
