I have a columbian rock ameraucana who has some tail feathers (just two tail feathers actually, weird huh? that look like that. The vet said she was a pullet, for sure. I'd say this one is a pullet too.
I agree pullet.
She doesn't have enough white to be male, and her comb is still smallish and most importantly pale.
While the tail feathers look a bit odd, I've had more than one pullet with a "wild tail feather"
I'm thinking looking pretty good for a pullet.
