Yes, his legs are that yellow. He has feathers on feet, but not legs.

Is he Standard size? I would ask the breeder if he has any black Langshan's He Could be a black langshan cross!

Yep. Marans have white/pink shanks. Though most of them I see have slate(ish) or darker shanks due to sloppy breeding.​

He looks kind of like a partridge cochin, but he doesn't have enough feathering.

He is standard size, and he actually does have feathering on outside of legs and feet. I have jusy emailed pics to breeded. I will let you know what they say. I researched the Black Langshan and he looks very similar.
