Speckledhen **Beading is DONE Pg 39**

Well thank you Ugly Cowboy and Micki...He is a lot of fun and it has been a great project, despite the tough moments. He is now in a specially made 19" x 24" frame so I could work on his lower parts.

the boy is too big for a hoop now.

Well finally Suede outgrew the embroidery hoop beyond being able to bead any further down or across...LOL The Blue tank exploded out of the hoop so I ran down to the local building supply and grabbed a 1 x 2 x 8, four heavy duty spring clamps and 2 C clamps. I came home and fired up the radial arm saw and built a frame which now measures 19" W x 24" H and with the help of both feet, both hands and DH's hands, I stretched the deerhide taunt over the frame, clipped it in place and said loudly

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I GOT HIM NOW!

So here he is in his new specially made beading frame (ain't he special?)

he is coming right along.

He now weighs well over a pound and has surpassed 15,000 beads on him so far. Whew! But the big blue one is worthy of all those beads.

Another update soon!

That is so amazing...every time you post an update I am amazed at your patience!

1:30 am and I am calling it quits for the night. He is a lot to handle right now in this frame...I cannot turn him as easily as I could in the hoop to fit beads because the frame is so big but it is working fine...I like a challenge.

I am really tickled with it so far though.

WOW!!!!!!!!!! That's just absolutely STUNNING!

You do beautiful work and are so talented!!
