Just went thru the whole thread. What a read. Kinda like a novel. I'm very impressed with whole story, especially the beautiful beadwork. Just in awe of the patience alone.

I decided to back him with a deerhide...a blue one. I actually took a smaller hide and dyed it light blue. I took it out of the frame, re-worked it to soften it, it dried and looks pretty good so I am going to use the blue on the backside and wrap the metal hoop with the blue...who knows I may throw some of the blue on it somewhere else. LOL Afterall he is a BLUE chicken. hehehehe

Here comes the part that I cannot undo...putting it together.

The beads I could yank out and replace but now is time to cut him off the hide. eeeeekkkkk I hate this part. LOL
