what are the little red dots in my eggwhites? my hens are just over a year old and seem to have been having this problem their whole life i have 23 that all lay the same color and size egg so i cant tell if some are and some arnt laying eggs with these tiny dots in them

They're called blood spots....tiny blood vessels can break when the ovum is released and they get captured in the egg. Not uncommon.

Not really.

If there are alot of them it may indicate a problem with the hens reproductive system.

What breed bird?
Can you post a pic of the specks?

My hens are the same age, and I just noticed the same issue.
What is your water situation?
We use an older farm well to water them, and that is the only thing that is different from my mom's chickens across the road. Her eggs don't have the issue.
