Spirit - the amazing grey dewlap toulouse gander!

Haha, small world. Dr. Echols was one of the aviary vets where I used to work, and has treated my English lop a few times. Spirit is in good hands. Hope Spirit is back on his feet (pun intended) soon!

How is the kindly Miss Lydia today? Do you remember Mildred, Ninja Duck? The duck with the bumblefoot last spring? Her owner PMd me that she's been doing good, had more miner bumblefoot issues since, but they finally blocked them from the thorny bushes.

Hope all is well with everyone this morning. Spirit is doing great! I have him almost completely off pain meds and he spends 8 hours outside with his group. He is already as mobile as he was before surgery and I see improvement every day.

How's everyone else's special babies today?

Punk-a-doodle... that's very cool you have worked with Scott. He is a fantastic vet and a wonderfully kind human being. Spirit and I are both lucky to have found him.

Hi J, glad to hear about Spirit I know he is enjoying being outside with his flock mates. Your vet sounds like a wonderful vet and person.

Good morning, Lydia. I have worked with dozens of vets over the years, and Scott is truly one of the best!!!

Is Missy staying out of trouble today? Did Sammy and Missy try their timothy hay ball yet?

Timothy hay, yes, thats something else the vet also told me to get for her to nibble. He agreed with you about it, Iain. (without knowing he was)

I'm hungary. Oh, and I hear Baby all the way upstairs right now. She's talking to the geese out the window.
