The charge cord on my lap top got a crack in it, so I had to wait and drive to a staples today to test my computer and be sure it was the charger, and not the port or battery, and get another one. I'm all fixed up now, and looking forward to being able to be on more than 5 minutes!

so how are things going with your flock? everyone doing well. Hows Baby doing? I have gotten 9 eggs from Missy now, I made an omelet out of 3 of them today, very tasty.

Oh, their omelets are quite fluffy indeed! We havn't eaten any eggs, I'm saving them for fertility testing. I'm cleaning the bater tomarrow. I'll set goose eggs when I have 5. They are in a cool room, being turned daily. But, after hatching shipped eggs, these ought to be a breeze.....if they are fertile.

Oh, Baby is holding steady. Not walking better, but clearly gets around in her own fashioin. She's got a good appetite, and drinks well. She's got her choose sleeping spot in a pile of hay about 8 feet from her food and water, so she basically spends her days cruising back and forth between resting/hanging out and eating. I suppose I should seperate her food and water, so she'll excercise more. She's got the old small kiddie pool just for herself now, but it's been froozen the last few days. Maybe today it'll thaw, and I can move it closer to her. I bet she'll get even more excercise with unlimited pool access. Its suppose to be 60* today, so I'm thinking about moving her out of the barn, and into a small pen during the days next to the other geese, with her pool there.

Baby planted herself in the pool and I had to drag her out at bedtime. She was very disgruntled with me. LOL. She may not be 100% physically, but she's at 100% wonk (in my face) and can smack me with her wings just fine. She was like a spoiled preschooler about leaving the pool. Even if you don't have kids, you've seen it in the grocery stores. Yelling and wonking, hittting with wings, trying to bite, got me all wet, and pouted and fussed in the barn.

I'd say she's improving overall.
