Splash/ Blue Silkie Thread

Three of our Silkies, One-Eyed Willie (whose no longer with us), Cloud and Cotton.

Is our new baby a blue or splash? Our first silkie. We were told he/she is about 3 months .

Can someone help me out with this little thing here... It hatched out solid white.. Grew in white initially.. Started seeing some black/blue specks at few weeks.. At that point I'm excited assuming it's splash.. Now at 16 weeks I'm confused lol there's all this buff coloring coming through.. What's going on here? I've never seen a splash this color before I believe the person I get the hatching eggs from only has blues, blacks, and splashes...

Ok...I ordered a pet quality blue silkie from ideal poultry. I ended up with 2, I think. Both were grey babies. One lighter than the other. And they have grown to be one black rooster and one dark grey hen. Are they considered blue? How would you tell?
