Split tails - Dominant or recessive?

I have a Columbian Rock cockerel (LF) who appears to have a split tail. Does anyone know if this trait is dominant or recessive? Aside from the tail issue, he seems to have very nice type

I have heard of a split wing, but never a split tail...can you get a pic of it?
