Ok I have a what I think is a male pekin about 6-7 weeks in age he has been by himself just me and him. My first problem I'm having with him is he sleeps in my bed with me he will squawk an make a whole scene untill I put him in the bed. Now he has only ever had one accident in the bed sounds crazy but he waits till I put him in his pin. Now I guess my question is there away to keep him from throwing tantrums when he doesn't get his way? Second question is my roommate and me just adopted 3 fresh out the egg peeps they where left over at a local store that sells them for Easter an my older brat HATES them he trys to attack on site he starts shaking he has even managed to grab one an throw it since that incident I have kept them separated any advice on how to get him use to them? All advice is appreciated r thanks

You will have to more than likely wait till the younger ones are older and slowly put them together. I say slowly by supervised visits and when not supervised have them separated with a see through panel of some type. So that he will get used to seeing them around and start paying less attention to them in a hateful way.

:welcome Well you have brought 3 lil intruders into your spoiled brats domain. lol

Your going to have to introduce you 3 lil ones to your older Pekin very slowly. anyway you can make a small fenced in area you can put the ducklings into and let them all be together so they can meet but not touch. It's going to take a while before they will be able to be together for good. A dog X pen works great for intros. Or something similar.
As for your older throwing tantrums can you get a video of what he is doing? Maybe when he is acting like this you can give him some time out in the X pen and let the littles out to run around.

I ok I will explain (his tantrums) untill I can catch it on video but he will I call it T-Rex stomp around an makes the death squawk as I call it while picking up anything he can an tossing it. That's when he is out his pen when in his pan he will stomp as loud as he can an he will let out this high pitched whistle flip his food an water bowl if there is bedding in it well it don't stay there an if we just have a blanket or towel down he trys his hardest to get it out besides the tantrums once he gets his way he is a lovable lil gentlemen

That is the cutest sweet looking duckling I have ever seen. lol sounds like looks are deceiving

Well only you can teach him to mind his manners. Before putting him in time out take everything out that can be tossed about or spilled, once he settles down then give him it all back nice reward for behaving. Mine get dried meal worms when they come when I whistle. When training I have found that being consistent is the name of the game ducks like repetition so begin to day on training stinker. What is his name by the way?
