Spot on 3 week old chicks comb

There is the weird looking spot on my 3 week old chicks come. Any idea what this is?

It doesn't look like really anything to me it could just be a part of the chick's comb and as it's growing it's just changing a little bit.

Ok I wasn't sure. I've never seen it happened before. I'm almost positive it's a rooster. The comb is the biggest if them all and maybe it from where it grew and came in so fast.

I feel like chickens you'll never know if it's really a Roo or a hen until it starts crowing or it lays an egg lol So many times it seems like the chickens flip flop genders
