Ok I wasn't sure. I've never seen it happened before. I'm almost positive it's a rooster. The comb is the biggest if them all and maybe it from where it grew and came in so fast.It doesn't look like really anything to me it could just be a part of the chick's comb and as it's growing it's just changing a little bit.
