Spreading Out!

So my family has raised chickens for a long time. In her retirement, my mother has spread out to runner ducks, Welsh Harlequin ducks, American Buff geese and pearl(?) Guineas.

I have some dark Brahmas, and Calico bantam cochins and I'd like to hatch peacocks, but I'm finding precious little information on humidity requirements, temps, etc.

So my mother suggested I join Backyard chickens!
