my 2cents-
i think you should make up flyers to give out in westford, and all the swaps leading to it.
and also, go to the mass thread and ask that they post it at their local feed stores (i can help with a flyer, or if you can great too)
since april newsletter went out already, i will do like i did this month and the week before i can send out a reminder to add to it, but i always print out the whole list and take copies with me to all the swaps i attend to give out.
this swap should be a swap, will be easier on you and will need to bring in some buyers, craigs list? where else?
