So, my hatches aren't even complete and I'm trying to figure out where to get more eggs to hatch or... Would it be easier to just smuggle some more baby chicks into the mix?:/

I have EEs and OEs in lockdown. Just bought a bigger house and 14 acres of land. Moving and hatching is an interesting experience. Positive side - lots of property for chicks to free range means I can hatch more after I move. I had some Silkie eggs in this bunch but they didn't develop at all. Now where to find some Silkie eggs.....

I blame my dog for eating the mister that kept humidity at the right level last time. G.G. (Gorilla Glue) is still alive this morning. Took it out of the incubator with a friend this morning and gave it a bath.





@Chaos18 , a total of 3/3 Naked neck chicks hatched. So far, 2/11 ducklings and counting.

Hahahaha yep. I have a batch of chicks due any day now (hatch running late due to low temps)...an incubator with more chick eggs and 5 turkey eggs and an incubator with duck/turkey eggs... the turkey/ducks are all due in May... I need some chicken eggs to hatch in May. I have really wanted to hatch some Marans and Olive eggers for a long time, just haven't gotten my hands on any yet.
