Why stop at just one............you know it's easier to make them in pairs right?

Once you have more than one incubator, then you really do need a dedicated hatcher, or two.

Well I made it to the desktop. Here is a picture of one of the 6 day old seramas (white) next to a day old regular size chick(not sure what breed).

Cute, nice to see the size difference.

Well I got home yesterday to 1 EE pip. And absolutely nothing changed until this morning. 4 more pips. So I left the 5 pips and waited all day again. I did sneak home at lunch and the first one was starting to zip.
I checked the chick cam (which is still watching the preggo dog) and the dog is sleeping. But somebody had to have hatched because there is a lot of little chicky noises in the background on our camera.
And guess what.... I get to work late this evening. The joy of it all! I'm gonna go crazy.
