"Springing in the Chicks" 2016 April Hatch-a-Long Hosted by Mike & Sally

I have 15 eggs set in the MacGyverbator due April 1st. 2 eggs set 2/28 that might make it to lockdown - would hatch 3/20ish. I will finish the new incubator this week :fl and hope to get enough eggs to test it Friday. My chickens haven't been fertile though. I'll crack some eggs this week to see if they've been getting busy.

Question 1: wiggly or rolling air cells: what is the likelihood of them hatching?
Question 2: staggered hatch: if hatch days are 12 days apart can I use one incubator if I absolutely have to?
Question 3: I marked air cells and weighed the eggs after 24 hours of incubation. They were all pretty bad - most partly or completely rolling. When should I start tipping/turning? May I wait until Day 3?
