This is all for science since my only prior attempt to hatch with a broody Pekin went horribly awry. Potential due dates are April 4 and 11. I guess we'll see how it goes!

EHAL isn't over yet and I'm already having problems. I have no idea what I'm going to do with all the chicks I hatch. Some of them are being kept, some are already spoken for, but the rest... I can't sell them to the feed store this time. The owner's son has taken a break from the poultry side of the business for a while and no one knows when they'll be buying again. They haven't even ordered chicks yet this year since he isn't there. Which means I can't get my guinea keets. Some of them were going to be traded for keets and the rest for feed and fencing for a new pen. That's how I always do it.

On another note, when I start collecting eggs for this hatch I'm going to label them by pen. Then I'll know exactly where the problem is. I'm pretty sure it's Blizzard and he probably has too many hens. I'll be fixing that as soon as I can afford some more fencing. Oddball is gonna be one happy roo.

Great job. I do have a Brinsea 20. I have 30 chicken eggs in now, day 4. I will do Ancona eggs next if chicken goes good. I have to have duck eggs shipped so.... We will see. So far I know nothing as I am waiting til day 7 to candle.

I will be setting on April 10th not sure what all I will be hatching. I am going to take the weekend of May 1st off hoping they hatch on my birthday!!!

Daniel was an American distiller and the founder of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey distillery. He never married or had any children and was close with his favorite nephew, Lem Motlow. oh my!!!!! staph infection through his system!! whodathunk!! Perhaps thats why I am drawn to the whiskey like moth to flame

AWESOME!!!! GO Babies GO!!!! I have about 8 plus dozen eggs to ship and no room in the bators. guess I need to dig out another coolercabinet!!
