Everything looks good so far. Starting on day five. All 24 eggs just rollin along. Keeping humidity in check this time.

How long did goosers take? My one Ancona took about 62 hrs from external pip to hatch.

• I am completely overwhelmed by breed choices... What I really want is calls, but I don't have the setup or the $$ for them so I have to pick something else. If I wanted to hatch I most likely would have to go with black swedish x pekin, but I wanna know what all is out there. So.... Breed reccomendations? I am looking for something friendly, easy to find, colorful, and a decent layer.
• What to feed? Is an all-flock feed good enough? Do they need supplements? Why can't they eat chicken food?
• Anything way different from chickens in the hatching department? Do they all take 28 days to hatch, except Muscovy? Temp is the same? Does the fact the shells are different significantly impact humidity? What is a good starting percentage? Do ducks have more problems with hatching than chickens? Anything else I should know but haven't thought to ask yet? (I am sure I'll think of more, lol)

then dont get them until you have the money to get them, have you talked to Rav about getting eggs from her?

see our duck links sweets I have all that in my duck care in my signature too, @mlm Mike says with flock raiser you dont need extra niacin, but not sure you can keep ducks and geese on higher protien or they get angel wing. so check that out first!

they are harder to hatch, they loose weight slow

No, not yet..... I am gonna do shipped chicken eggs and get a bit of experience before trying shipped call eggs. From what I have heard, they are nightmare worthy.

Those have gone to a new home, BUT, I have isabelles going on lockdown tonight! I will PM you!
