So I just got done candling the eggs, all look like their alive however I have some that are VERY developed and some that look like they are WAY behind. I have never had this happen before and I'm wondering what's going on??? One of my salmon Favorelle mix eggs is underdeveloped, but as I looked closer I thought I saw two embryos as I did before. It looked like their where two separate eyes and both where away from each other and I thought I saw movement in both embryos. I still could be wrong about this, but this batch of ehs I have is really confusing me! I have never had a batch like this before. There was one egg that looked like it had a blood ring and I didn't see any embryo inside of it, but then it looked like a giant vein too because it didn't go all the way around the egg. I got some pictures.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I'm experiencing with all of my eggs? I'm really confused.
So I candled this egg again and it still has this odd shaped vein? It's not as visible as yesterday and there is a bigger dark spot, but I still can't seem to spot the embryo. :/ Other eggs still have me confused. I'm leaving this egg in, but has anyone else seen this before or know whats going on with it or any of my other eggs?
@Sally Sunshine I have five jars of water and two sponges in a tray. I can't use just jars because I don't have enough room. I tried the sponge in the crystal light thing but it didn't really help much.
I used a straw to pipe warm water to the sponge and gave every single egg a bath in the process. If they survive me it'll be a miracle. Humidity is up to 71% though! Hygro calibrated and determined accurate.

That next cruise sounds like the one that my wife and I went on. I had a great time overall but enjoyed Grand Cayman the most. We went wreck and reef snorkeling. I'm still amazed by the water color and clarity.
I have two chicks hatch yesterday. I was a little concerned with one last night but she looks much better this morning. I'll have some pictures tomorrow.
