"Springing in the Chicks" 2016 April Hatch-a-Long Hosted by Mike & Sally

You could turn it down a little to 98 if there are a lot of babies in there, but you might try tapping on the viewing window and see if they are alert and respond to the sound. If they don't, you may want to quickly remove the one(s) who are in distress if they are dry and get them to the brooder.

Even if i have pipped eggs????

Sweet! The blue LED's and zebra tape complete the decor...

Poor chick.....Not only did it have a terribly hard time getting out of the shell, it now has the cord still attached, and funky feet. It's only been out about 30 minutes. Can someone direct me to the links about toe correction?

Ok but I can't open the bator if I have chicks in the process of hatching right
I won't say that you can't, but will say that you shouldn't unless it's absolutely necessary. You will lose an incredible amount of humidity in a matter of seconds, which can jeopardize the unhatched chicks... BUT... in your case wiith your humidity running 88%, I think you would be okay, as long as you do it quickly. I'm guessing you want to move the chicks to the brooder? Only do so if they are dry and fluffed.
