It's breathing. I'm mostly concerned to go to bed with it not progressing. Day 22 starts in a few hours

Snowy, I really think you should just go to bed. The pip is definitely big enough. As long as it can breathe. That is the important part. I am fine with assisting sometimes, but what I am seeing from your posts, I wouldn't think it was necessary.

Here are the pictures of a few of my hatch for this Hatch A Long.

Not the best pictures. Not all the babies either.

Out if the 54 that hatched only 6 were fully feathered.

I have about 20 duck eggs on day 27, I think I have about 3 or four pips! I went to put them in the hatcher yesterday and found one had already pipped the small end!

I have a few button quail that are trying to hatch... I hope I get a couple! I don't know where I am going to put them?!

My silkies,Cochin and mystery eggs are on day 16!

I just set another 40 or so duck eggs the other day and will set a few Silkie eggs today, I have finally seen some action from my showgirl roo!


I love showgirl babies!!

Chaos, you know me better than most. However, I can't believe that not one person asked me what FBPP is. Though to be more accurate, it was RBPP.
No matter. It seems the fact that I was referring to food (other than fowl) was a given after the second post.
