Spur on pullet? Don't say roo!

I'm so undecided about this one myself. I always thought pullet up until this past week. Time will tell....I'll either get eggs or some crowing!

The puffy cheeks made me think EE as well.

I wondered that myself. I'm still trying to figure out where the wattles are. I guess it's good I don't see any pink or red, but they're MIA. Lol

I had no idea! Learning something new everyday! Thank you to everyone for your responses! Lucky chicken gets an extra toe I guess : ) I'll make sure I keep this thread updated as he/she matures.
 
I agree. I think it's a cockerel. I'm absolute fascinated by those extra toes... I've never seen anything like it before. It's normal for some breeds to have 5 toes on each foot, but the extra toes are on the back of the foot. I've never seen an extra toe growing on one of the front toes like that. He's really unusual!
