Rachael started the new thread & it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with THIS thread. It was started because there were people complaining about alternative options and paypal being offered after no one claimed eggs & people complained because other items were offered to keep the chains moving. As I recall, John farmer, YOU were 1 of those that went around posting & complaining on EVERY chain because it had been more than 6 hours since someone claimed something. I guess that makes you a big contributing factor to people wanting their OWN chains so people like YOU can't cause problems on them.

TECHNICALLY...Rachael wasn't even UP on this thread. She & Jim were trying to restart the thread after someone backed out of their offer. So I think you outta be showing the some APPRECIATION rather than criticism!!!!

Sorry if I'm STOMPING on toes here, but I hafta call it as I see it. When you ARE the problem you have no business COMPLAINING about the consequences.

ok, i'm lost here... it seems that rachel's offer was the last up, and i don't see any mention of a SQ Egg Chain anywhere else in the forum.

I see a link on rachel's signature line for her own swap page, and for a paypal swap. neither of which cover what this thread has. and that's SQ hatching eggs.

yeah the thread's stalled. they do that now and then. of all my 15-20 hens, i'm getting 4-7 eggs a day. it's hot, and if they're not moulting, they're broody, (or just generally in a bad mood?) and nobody's cooperating in the nest boxes.

and if the rules need to be revised or updated, then i suggest that they be updated on the first post and again at the end, and we just continue on with THIS THREAD.

I might suggest though, if a swap stalls for more than a couple days, find ways to change or update it, even by posting eggs from birds aren't SQ (someone watching may actually have an interest in them), or offer a paypal comparable to the value of the eggs you offer.

6+ Serama. My Serama are show quality birds, I do not show myself. They were obtained from very top breeders, they have been hatching out some very promising looking babies.
I didn't mean to kill the thread.
I can offer eggs for later
6 CCL in the Spring
or
6 Blue Polish this fall
or
6 Odlansk Dwarf in the Spring
or
6 Bantam SF hopefully in the Fall
or
6 Russian Orlaff in Fall
or
6 bantam RO in the Spring
or
6 Silkies in 3 weeks
or
6 Amer Black sq roo over blue wheaton hens and silver hens
or
6 chocolate bantam Amer eggs (project) any day now with possibility of pure black from SQ roo and Hen.
Someone please get me off this chain and I'll stay away for awhile until Spring!

Current Offer photos of my SQ Serama are on my profile These birds come from Jerry's Seramas, Pixiechickens.com,silkiedserama.com,Randy Hall, Castle Delight Seramas and others. A few of my pairs were shown this Summer by 4-h kids and everyone got 1st in their class at 3 different events with different birds.

I can also offer 6 SQ silkie eggs silkies come from Bobbi Porto, Sundown Silkies and Cindy Meanor.

just to help it along, I got 12 barred rocks this spring, shipped from AR to VA, and hatched 10. the other 2 were clear... awesome birds. i only wanted 1 girl to add to the flock, but she's growing quite well, the rest found homes at a local swap. 8)
