Squab injured wings.

And I am sure you can spot him mingling with the others.

:love That's a pretty special bird ! And it looks like your flock is growing.:)

Thanks. My flock it up to 8 birds now, including the injured one. That is the max number I want now, so no more breeding for a good while.

I don't have the space for a bigger coop, but in the future I have a plan to see if one of my neighbours will allow be to build a bigger coop on their land near my house, then I can breed more and also start keeping my chickens again.

He is looking really good now. Today the last big scab fell off, and he is all healed up. Just some missing feathers and pink skin where the old wounds were. There are feathers starting to grown there, so they will soon be covered up.

He is a funny bird. He is not scared of anything. He fights all the other pigeons away from the food at feeding time and out of my 8 birds he is the second in command already and he is still a baby!!

He is very stubborn and refuses to use the trap door.

He will sit on the ledge, and if I try to push him through he attacks my hand and latched onto my fingers and skin and won't let go, even when I push him through he holds onto the skin on my hand and dangles in the air.... he is like an attack police dog lol!!!
