Hello! I'm quite new to the whole chicken raising scene, and I don't know everything there is to know yet, but i've noticed one of my new pullets squinting and falling asleep where she's standing. I've become quite worried.

And then on top of that my original group has started sneezing, is this a respiratory disease? Is there any way to cure this so I don't have any dead chickens on my hands.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I am also fairly new to this, but in my experience...occasional squinting , sneezing, and winking is okay. It can happen due to dust from bedding, chick food, and feather production. If your pullets are still eating, drinking, sleeping and pooping normally, I would not worry.
My chicks also fall asleep while standing upright quite often, and I'm sure they'll continue to do so as they age.
Check their eyes for bubbles or any type of runny mucous. This is not normal. Hope this helps :)
