So around the afternoon well just now lol I went outside a stood by the Run and my rooster jumped onto the perch part so he can see me and get some grass. Well I was standing there and out of no where a squirrel just ran out of a hole near the ground and scared me first of all but second of all why didn't my girls/rooster do anything. My silkier was just standing by it at least I think. I think the squirrel was eating the treats left on the ground which were sunflower seeds.

I definitely will be seeing up all holes.

The squirrels don't need a hole, they will climb over the fence and chew a hole in the wire if they want in.
The only way to rid those Rats with fuzzy tails is to "pick them off"-phew-phew or electric fence them and send them flying. They are agressive chewers and breed like no tomorrow.

the only way he can get in was the hole. what should i look out for since he was by my hens. My hens and rooster didn't care to much so i don't know.

Also why didnt my Rooster not do anything? I don't think he saw him until he ran out of the coop cause he make the sound he does when he sees something.

How old is your Rooster?
Maybe, he was BUSY!!!! LOL
5-6 months I think. And no he was just either digging and looking for bugs plus He heard me come outside so he jumped onto the perch outside by the top fence to see me and get some grass. But usually, if there's something scary outside lol he was always the first one to run so.
