Here is the update,
First JackRat, thank you again for posting that video it was very helpful. For whatever reason I just couldn't get the hang of it and it didn't produce the desired results. However, I think the massaging moved things around in the crop, I added more grit to the feed, and it seems to have sorted itself out. Her crop is still stretched out a bit but I think it will go back over time. It's not pendulous, just a little stretched.
This crisis has seemed to pass - waiting for the next ;-P
