Edit, added another pic of the silkie.

My little feathered monsters here just turned 1 month, any guesses on their gender?

Speckled sussex, I think might be a girl, feathered out really fast.

The cochins,
I think the big barred? one is a roo, hes a little more feisty at play and has feathered incrediblly slow, still mostly has chick fuzz on the back.
Not sure on the little one, but also what color does this one look like? It hatched I though it was white because it was really yellow, boy was I wrong.

PomPom the silkie (yes there are a ton of shavings in the water, I changed it again right after the pic)
Feathered pretty fast, wings first, and they look like normal feathers not silkie fluff then the silkie fluff came in.

They decided the camera strap looks tasty so they weren't holding still too well.
Took a video too in case it helps:

I'd say the SS looks like a pullet thus far, the two cochin and silkie like roos - but I am seriously not an expert when it comes to silkies.

Thanks, darn, I was hoping the silkie is a girl but if it crows then off to my mom's ranch.
There are a couple silkie eggs in the incubator, unfortunately no white ones, might have to get more later.

Speckled sussex is a pullet-- I have a cockerel about 8 weeks old and the comb was huge at 4 weeks. My experience with Cochin pullets is that they have NO combs until they are much older--like 16-18 weeks.

That silkie has a somewhat roosterish vibe.

I hope I didn't sell you those chicks

No worries, they are from hatching eggs so getting roos is inevitable. Good to know about the cochins, I have 2 silkied ones in a brooder who are about 1 week old so I will watch their combs.

all my ss feathered out really quickly. At about 4 or 5 weeks, magically overnight, one turned into a boy.
