St. Patty's Day Green Egg Hatchalong, Set 2/25

sweet! Starting to collect eggs today.

I started collecting yesterday. I already have a carton full. I'll probably have to edit down what I set, since my incubator only holds 27 eggs.

I had to treat for mites yesterday, ARRRRGH! Now what? I don't think I can set those eggs.

a squirt of front line on vent area, and dusted with Permethrin, may have been a little overboard, but this is my first time dealing with Mites and I am totally freaking out!

you all are killing me. I swore I would not hatch any eggs this early. and not many eggs at all this. But I am addicted.
I have a barbed cuckoo/ee cross hen that lays a pretty olive egg. She is in with a splash marans roo. I just might have to get someone to twist my arm to hatch some of these eggs. I have some ameraucana/ black copper hens that a nice olive eggs to. ya know ya have to fill the incapater. I am so bad. I have way to many chicken already....
So I probably join ya all for the hatch. Oh yes the wheaten marans are laying too. May have to throw some of those in for color contrast.. The cuckoos are laying too. the EE are laying too. Didn't see a egg for 2 months now plenty

Nope. Nothing to fill out. Just keep us updated on what is going on.

Got a phone call from the post office letting me know that my eggs had arrived! Since I am home sick, I told them to just deliver them to my house. Will post photos later.

My plan is to hold onto these and set all my eggs on Saturday. I have more eggs that I am getting locally from three different sources. Mine are mixed colors too.

Beautiful eggs I've got about 2 dz saved now. I might set a day or two early so I'm sure to be ready for my next hatch at the nursing home.

Gurr, my green layers seem to be taking a break from laying! hopefully I'll have something to set on the 25th.
