I was wondering if there was any reason stainless steel commercial size baking sheet pans wouldn’t work for a poop board? Do chickens have an aversion to something like that in their coop?

Should be fine.
How big are they W x L x H?
How do you pan on cleaning them?

On the OTHER hand...don't know if the poop would stick to the SS tray anyway.
Poop will stick to stn stl.
It's stainless, not stickless :gig

They are 18x24, so plenty big. My biggest concern is if it’s an issue for the chickens.

My husband used the car oil drip pans for under the roosts. The kind with not a very deep lip. Just pulls them out and then dumps it out in the garden. It does need a bit of a scrap every once in awhile but he just fashioned a tool for that. You could even use a dedicated ice scraper or something similar. The girls didn't like the slickness of the metal at first but they just jump on the roosts and don't spend much time on the pans. Once they get dirtied up they lose the slick feeling anyway.

They may not like them at first...anything new, ya know.
But shouldn't be an issue unless you live in a very cold climate them metal can be not so good.

Thank you! This sounds like a similar set up. Glad to hear they don’t mind it.
