It looks like some red feathers popping out on the chest, if those are red feathers and not some kind of stuff or stain, it’ll probably lose those spots and start crowing.

I agree that it's early yet.. but the dots on it looks like a female to me.

The one on the far right in the third picture might have some red coming in. At this age, while they all look like they're hens, they might still start getting some red in if they are actually boys.
